$2 each (March ‘04 is $5) plus $2 postage and handling per order ($3 overseas), and to nonmembers at $4 each (March ‘04 is $10). The Fall01-Winter02 double issue is $5 ($10 for nonmembers). Please add $2 postage and handling per order ($3 overseas) and please make checks payable to Jeremy Shafer.
